Areas of interest

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): qualified and accredited CBT Therapist, working with children (age 7 and older) and adults, with anxiety and depression.

Adolescent depression: Enjoy supporting teenagers to manage their depression. Have previously supervised and trialled a new adolescent depression treatment protocol (Brief Behavioural Activation, Pass & Reynolds, 2014) in schools as part of a very large research study within the university.

Adolescent autism: Enjoy supporting autistic teenagers in therapy. Interest in understanding how best we can support autistic teenagers and their families to thrive. Have co-authored a book chapter in helping CBT Therapists to better support autistic clients.

Inclusive practice and sense of belonging: I lead initiatives to improve inclusivity within teaching, practice and supervision systems to ensure students feel a sense of belonging, and are therefore more able to thrive.
