Action: Complete the (STEP 1) Expression of Interest process (Deadline: Sunday 11 October 2026)
Action: Inform us of any disability or mobility issues so we can make suitable arrangements (Deadline: Sunday 11 October 2026)
All final results including decisions on accepting exit awards must be submitted by Schools to the Exams Office no later than 12.00pm on Monday 05 October 2026 for Undergraduate and 12:00 on Monday 12 October 2026 for Postgraduate Taught
Formal Registration emails sent including specific date and time of your ceremony by Tuesday 20 October 2026
Action: Check for and clear any outstanding debts (Deadline: Friday 30 October 2026)

Action: Complete the (STEP 2) Formal Registration process (Deadline: Tuesday 03 November 2026) During Formal Registration, check how your name will appear on your certificate and request a name change if required. In addition, inform us of any disability, mobility or any other accessibility concerns about your ceremony. Wheelchair spaces must be booked in advance
Action: International students only: After completing Formal Registration, request visa support letter if required

Publication of confirmed results for finalists by 3.00pm on Thursday 05 November 2026
Action: Download and save any files on your student account (Access is lost after graduation) (Recommended Deadline: Thursday 05 November 2026)
Post Results Exceptional Circumstances (PREC) deadline for finalists (Deadline : Wednesday 11 November 2026
Deadline to submit an appeal: Thursday 12 November 2026
Action: Order Graduation robes (Deadline Wednesday 18 November 2026)
PGR students only: Examiners' confirmation of Postgraduate Research (PGR) results (i.e. after sitting viva, completing any specified corrections and everything being signed off by your examiners) must be submitted to the Doctoral Examinations Officer by 3.00pm on Monday 23 November 2026
Action: PGR students only: Submit your PGR electronic thesis to via the CentAUR system (centaur@reading.ac.uk) (Deadline: By 4.00pm on Friday 27 November 2026
